Verde Peacock

I installed a porcelain tile floor and (http://maplered.com) we are getting a Verde Peacock 
"Granite (http://tanbrown.org) " charnockite kitchen Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top in a week or so...

Based on reading your answers to other people's questions:

1.  I will tell the installer not to seal the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) (correct?)

2.  Please recommend which of your products I need for the floor and (http://maplered.com)  
for the "Granite (http://tanbrown.org) " and (http://maplered.com) how to take care of this very beautiful
